Davis back for Manor Farm clash
DAWLISH Town manager Jeff Evans will be boosted by the return of midfielder Kris Davis for Saturday’s home clash with Bristol Manor Farm (3pm).
Davis will come back into contention after returning from a two-week break in Thailand and joins fellow holidaying duo Craig Fenner and Dean Stevens – both of whom were expected to be back in the Town line-up at Brislington last night after respective trips to Spain and France – in the squad.
Jules Emati-Emati also missed Saturday’s 0-0 draw at Bishop Sutton (see inside for report) after being carried off with an ankle ligament injury during the 2-2 draw with Welton Rovers last Wednesday.
Evans was hopeful that he’d be back for last night’s match – which was played after the Gazette’s print deadline – but, if not, he is almost certain to start on Saturday.
